Responsibilities

• Coordinate credentialing/privileging for physicians and APPs.
• Process credentialing applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate application status to Medical Staff Services leadership.
• Maintain provider files with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support FPPE/OPPE data collection and audits.
