Job summary

PAM Health, LLC is seeking a Credentialing Support Specialist to assist with credentialing and re-credentialing across multiple facilities in 18 states. The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely payor communications, and documentation management.

Ideal candidates will have healthcare enrollment experience, strong MS 365 skills, and the ability to handle high-volume data while maintaining confidentiality. This position supports the Managed Care Department in Enola, PA.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in health or business administration preferred.
• Two or more years in healthcare enrollment or credentialing.
• Experience with high-volume data collection and stakeholder communication.
• Sharp attention to detail in data management.
• Proficient with MS 365 apps and PDF editing.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete credentialing and re-credentialing applications, tracking renewals at least 60 days prior.
• Maintain robust records of credentialing communications, submissions and approvals.
• Proactively communicate with payors to ensure end-to-end credentialing cycles.
• Verify and audit provider directory information within payor databases.
• Audit internal credentialing databases.
• Coordinate recredentialing when facilities fall behind to avoid health plan termination.
• Prepare rosters for submission to payors.
• Collaborate with Administrator Managed Care Credentialing to collect, verify, and organize documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues hindering timely plan participation.
• Understand three-year recredentialing time frames and plan ahead.
• Support other duties for the Managed Care Department.
