Qualifications

• 2–5 years of credentialing and enrollment experience, with at least 2 years in delegated credentialing.
• CPCS certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple payer relationships with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delegated credentialing activities for an assigned payer portfolio.
• Monitor NCQA guidance and state regulations for compliance.
• Prepare for pre-delegation and annual audits with corrective actions.
• Maintain audit-ready credentialing records and logs.
• Lead NP and group-practice credentialing processes.
• Collaborate with Enrollment, Revenue Cycle, Legal/Compliance teams.
• Serve as main contact for payer communications.
• Support new delegated credentialing agreements and controls.
