Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Credentialing Manager to lead provider credentialing, recredentialing, and payor enrollment activities. This role combines hands-on management with direct coverage during high-volume periods, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise credentialing staff, manage a low-volume workload, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, data accuracy, and timely enrollment across states and payors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of provider credentialing experience.
• 2+ years of management, supervision, or team-lead experience.
• Comprehensive credentialing and enrollment experience across multiple payors/states.
• Experience supporting behavioral health/ABA credentialing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing and payor enrollment lifecycle from initial credentialing to final payor confirmation.
• Ensure accurate applications, timely submissions, and audit-ready records.
• Monitor workflows, files, pending applications, and enrollment risks with proactive follow-up.
