What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process provider applications and re-applications for credentialing and re-credentialing
- Track and maintain medical professionals' licensure and certifications
- Solve moderately complex problems and proactively identify solutions
- Work collaboratively with team members to address complex issues
- Ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS, and state credentialing requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare provider group or health plan onboarding/enrollment experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Advanced proficiency in researching and complying with payer requirements
- Ability to manage correspondence and perform directory verifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Primary Source Verification and NPDB
- Familiarity with compliance workflows and NCQA policies
- Knowledge of government regulatory information and CAQH
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
