• 1+ year customer service experience.
• 6+ months experience researching and analyzing data.
• 6+ months experience with Word, Excel, Access and internet resources.
• Able to work Franklin Hybrid work model, 3 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and validate provider/producer information to meet credentialing requirements.
• Maintain provider/producer records in credentialing databases with high accuracy.
• Research and escalate sensitive or complex issues as needed.
• Draft and respond to basic professional correspondence including emails and notices.
• Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources to research and maintain information.
