• Assesses completeness of information and providers' qualifications.
• Reviews primary source verification for licensure, certification or registration.
• Maintains provider database and confidentiality guidelines.
• Prepares files monthly for Credentials Committee review.
• Interacts with physicians, office staff, and practice administrators.
