Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates practitioner packets for appointment and reappointment.
• Coordinates procurement of DEA information, licensure and malpractice insurance information.
• Completes primary source verification on practitioner applications.
• Ensures credentialing files are completed and submitted within 30 business days.
• Provides phone coverage and relays messages.
• Maintains departmental files and monthly billing documentation.
• Prepares credentialing files for clients.
• Identifies red flags in verification process.
• Sorts mail and distributes information.
