Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) invites applications for a Credentialing Specialist in Southeast, OH. The role focuses on provider credentialing, Medicaid-related processes, and limited client billing tasks to support reimbursement for behavioral health services.

The successful candidate will maintain provider files, manage CAQH/NPPES/PECOS/MSA portals, update NPI applications, and coordinate with insurers to ensure timely credentialing and enrollment.

Formación

• High school Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, credentialing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 year of credentialing experience in Ohio Behavioral Health Medicaid is required.
• 3 years of experience using an electronic health record system to process claims is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain provider files for government and commercial payer credentialing.
• Track CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS portal logins.
• Update provider CAQH files per CMS/Medicare schedules.
• Submit new NPI applications for providers.
• Terminate enrollment with payers upon resignation/termination.
• Coordinate enrollment, credentialing, and recredentialing with payers.
