Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transportation provider credentialing or quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of credentialing workflows and compliance expectations.
• Experience supporting audits or quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits of credentialing files to ensure accuracy.
• Identify trends and process gaps through quality assurance activities.
• Support internal and external audits by coordinating activities.
• Prepare audit summaries and reports for compliance stakeholders.
