Albany Med Health System seeks a Credentialing Specialist in the Medical Staff Credentialing department to organize, maintain, and verify credentialing for healthcare practitioners for the AlbanyMed CVO.

This includes maintaining the integrity of the provider database for accurate information and a reporting of credentialed providers. In addition, this position shall provide input for process design to create workflow efficiencies as well as supporting other implementation activities. This position will work with various other departments to ensure accuracy of information received as well as send data to other receiving areas. Works in a team-based department to complete all compliance & time sensitive requirements necessary to maintain the organization’s accreditation.
