Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Credentialing Analyst to support managed care credentialing applications and contract processing.

You will gather information for payors, track contract expirations, maintain credentialing spreadsheets, and coordinate with Medicaid enrollment teams. The role requires a bachelor degree in health care or related field and strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor degree in health care, or related field.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in a provider office, managed care organization, or health care field is a plus.
• Credentialing or medical billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative aspects of managed care credentialing applications.
• Gather information needed by payors for contract submission and credentialing.
• Track contract expirations and follow up with payors for renewals.
• Maintain credentialing spreadsheets and distribute information.
• Work with state Medicaid enrollment and maintenance.
