Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Credentialing Analyst to support managed care credentialing applications and contract processing.

You will gather information for payors, track contract expirations, maintain credentialing spreadsheets, and coordinate with Medicaid enrollment teams. The role requires a bachelor degree in health care or related field and strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor degree in health care, or related field.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in a provider office, managed care organization, or health care field is a plus.
• Credentialing or medical billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The credentialing analyst assists with the administrative aspects of managed care credentialing applications. This position gathers information needed by payors for contract submission, credentialing, maintenance, and contract changes. The credentialing analyst tracks all contract expirations for follow-up with payor for renewal of agreement. This position maintains credentialing spreadsheets, distributes information appropriately, and works with state Medicaid enrollment and maintenance.

Qualifications

Education and Experience (ESSENTIAL):

• Must have a bachelor degree in health care, or related field.
• Must have demonstrated intermediate skills in Microsoft office, especially word, excel, and powerpoint.

Education and Experience (DESIRED):

• Demonstrated equivalent work experience in the health care field may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Work experience may include in a provider office, managed care organization, or other health care field.
• Previous credentialing or medical billing experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Must be task and deadline-driven with excellent time management skills.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
