Fitchburg Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team in Madison, WI. This full-time, day-shift role supports veterinarians in exams, treatments, and procedures, with anesthesia monitoring for surgical and dental cases, and in-clinic diagnostics.

You will educate clients, maintain medical records, and collaborate with doctors to ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care in a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT)
Strong technical and nursing skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and procedures
Monitor anesthesia and support surgical and dental procedures
Obtain blood samples, place catheters, and administer treatments

Maintain accurate medical records
