Job summary

Pet Services of Washington, P.S. seeks a dedicated Veterinary Technician (RVT) for day shifts in Connecticut. The role requires surgery experience, strong client service, and teamwork in a fast-paced animal hospital environment.

You will perform venipuncture, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and postoperative care, with opportunities to cross-train as receptionist and kennel assistant in a supportive, client-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must have documented previous experience.
• Hold a current RVT license.
• Must have surgery experience.
• Flexibility in hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Capable of being cross-trained as receptionist and kennel assistant.
• Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments.
• This a Day Shift position.
