Jefferson Animal Clinic in Arvada, CO, is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our full-service, pet-focused team. You will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work while mentoring staff and supporting clients with treatment choices.

Qualifications

• AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program required.
• Current state veterinary technician license in good standing required.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and laboratory procedures.
• Calm and efficient under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork.
• One year of veterinary industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments and monitoring anesthesia.
• Monitor anesthesia and perform lab work as part of the medical team.
• Lead, mentor and support the medical team to maintain efficient workflows.
• Educate clients about treatments and review medical records, answering questions.
