Qualifications
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
- Current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
- Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
- One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
- Calm and efficient in fast-paced or stressful situations.
- Strong communication and collaborative work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments and monitoring anesthesia.
- Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Partner with clients, educate on treatments, review records, and answer questions.
- Contribute to a positive culture with training and feedback.
