Qualifications
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
- A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
- Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and lab procedures.
- Calm and efficient under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- One year of veterinary industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care including treatments and monitoring.
- Assist with anesthesia and surgical procedures.
- Perform dental care, radiology, and laboratory duties.
- Educate clients and review medical records to answer questions.
- Support and mentor teammates to maintain high standards.
