Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician for our Ark Animal Hospital in Pace, FL. You will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor anesthesia, perform lab work, and support surgical and diagnostic procedures in a AAHA‑accredited environment.

You will work under a credentialed veterinary team, with opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Your Full Skillset as a vital part of the medical team, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development.
• Partner with clients to educate owners, review medical records, and answer questions confidently.
• Contribute to a positive culture through training, feedback, and upholding high hospital standards.
