HEAL Veterinary Hospital in New York, NY seeks an experienced credentialed technician to lead daily technical operations and partner with leadership to drive growth while delivering exceptional care for patients and clients.

You will mentor a veterinary team, champion collaboration, and shape the hospital's future through strong people development and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Active and in good standing NYS Veterinary Technician license.
• Minimum of 3 years of team lead management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing veterinary technical teams.
• Strong experience in anesthetic procedures (surgery, dentistry, etc.).
• Interest and experience working with exotic patients (avian, companion mammals, and reptiles).
• Experience improving operational efficiency and team performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Vetspire practice management software preferred but not required.
• Interest and experience in holistic medicine and rehabilitation cases (water treadmill).
