Job summary

Creative STEAM Academy is seeking a credentialed elementary teacher to join our growing team in a flexible, hybrid role supporting grades 2–6. You’ll lead classes, teach Spanish immersion, provide small-group instruction, and assist in multi-grade classrooms while collaborating with colleagues.

Beyond the classroom, you’ll have opportunities to engage in administrative tasks, contribute to school operations, and participate in leadership development as our program expands.

Qualifications

• Credentialed elementary teacher with Spanish immersion experience.
• Ability to teach across grades 2–6 and lead classes.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats including admin tasks.
• Interest in administrative leadership development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Teach and lead classes across grades 2–6 as needed.
• Teach engaging Spanish immersion classes and activities.
• Support teachers in multi-grade classrooms.
• Lead small-group instruction and targeted pull-out groups.
• Provide individualized academic support and intervention.
• Tutor students needing reinforcement or challenge.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse ability levels.
• Collaborate with teachers to identify student needs.
• Step in as needed to provide teaching support.
