Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally, friendly, and confidently via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week, spread over three or more days.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role using advanced video communication software, with documentation of interactions for accurate records.
