Influential is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President, Creator Management to lead and evolve one of the industry's most sophisticated creator operations organizations. This executive leader will oversee the Creator Management function across the business, driving excellence in creator sourcing, talent strategy, negotiations, contracting, content execution, creator experience, and operational performance.
The SVP will serve as the senior-most advocate for Creator Management internally and externally, shaping strategic partnerships with creators, agents, managers, and industry stakeholders while ensuring best-in-class execution across Influential's client portfolio.
This leader will be responsible for scaling teams, developing organizational capabilities, establishing operational rigor, and partnering closely with Client Management, Sales, Creative, Strategy & Analytics, Performance Media, Onefluential, Legal, and Finance to deliver industry-leading creator programs.
The ideal candidate combines executive leadership experience with deep creator economy expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive business transformation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation Range: USD $180,000.00 - USD $250,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
