Job summary

Gymshark in New York City seeks a creator partnerships specialist who lives and breathes social media, fitness culture, and emerging talent. You will manage a portfolio of creator relationships and coordinate campaigns across teams.

You will lead outreach and onboarding, track deliverables and timelines, and provide data-driven insights to strengthen Gymshark's brand presence in the US market.

Hybrid role; must be local or willing to relocate; authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience managing relationships with creators, influencers, talent, athletes, or external partners.
• Strong interest in social media, creator marketing, digital culture, and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate campaigns, projects, or partnership activations.
• Commercial awareness and ability to build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of creator and athlete partnerships, building strong relationships.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for creators, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support execution of creator marketing strategies and regional campaigns.
• Develop talent plans, track deliverables and renewal timelines.
• Manage full creator lifecycle from outreach to activation and completion.
• Monitor contractual obligations and deliverables.
