Linqia, a leader in influencer marketing, seeks an Associate Talent Partner to source, negotiate, and onboard creators for client campaigns. You will align creator profiles with brands and campaign goals, partnering with client services to refine strategies based on feedback.

In this SF-based role, you will apply data-driven practices, manage timelines and budgets, and advocate for creators throughout campaigns. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of digital marketing or account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to come into our office 3 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Source and surface creators for campaigns using Linqia's discovery tools and best practices.
• Negotiate, contract, and onboard creators for client campaigns, managing deadlines and budgets.
• Advocate for creators and ensure content is authentic and brand-safe across strategy and planning.
• Share discovery best practices and creator personas for new campaigns.
• Document best practices and improve team efficiency through learned insights.
• Support client proposals and pitches with standout talent samples and rationale.
