Linqia is seeking an Associate Talent Partner to drive creator sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding within our Talent Partnerships Team. You will align creator profiles with brand objectives and client campaigns, delivering data-driven insights.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will collaborate with client services to refine creator strategies, manage timelines and budgets, and help scale Linqia’s influencer campaigns with authentic, brand-safe content.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required and located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• 1-3 years of digital marketing or account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Identify ideal creator fit using discovery tools to source creators.
• Lead creator negotiation, contracting, and onboarding for clients.
• Advocate for creators throughout campaign strategy to ensure authentic content.
• Share best practices across social platforms to guide new campaigns.
• Document processes and improve team efficiency.
• Support client proposals with talent samples and rationale.
