DJEH is seeking a Manager, Creator Marketing in New York to own creator campaigns from outreach through performance analysis. You will coordinate with creators, talent managers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables and brand alignment.

The role emphasizes strategic briefing, negotiation, and regulation-aware content review, with a focus on healthcare and financial services creators.

Qualifications

Experience with large creator campaigns end-to-end.
Knowledge of creator landscape across major platforms.
Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
Strong negotiation and vetting skills with creators and agents.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of creator marketing campaigns, from outreach to performance analysis.
Communicate with creators, talent managers, and agents to ensure timely deliverables.
Co-develop strategies aligned with client KPIs and platform trends.
Create creator briefs and host briefing calls with clear guidelines.
Negotiate rates and contract terms with talent.
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand strategy, paid media, and creative teams.
Stay ahead of creator trends and identify new partnerships.
Manage medical, legal and regulatory review processes for partnerships.
Develop relationships with creators and agents across all tiers.
Mentor junior team members on influencer marketing execution.
