Role Description :

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and creative influencer coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving engagement and education through a network of content creators.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and global creators to bring campaigns to life, support product launches, and amplify the voice of Sui across all of our communities.

Responsibilities :

  • Support creator marketing campaigns, help plan and execute creator-led initiatives that align with marketing goals and product launches.
  • Build and maintain a database of content creators across regions. Assist in vetting opportunities, managing outreach, contracts, and payments.
  • Draft clear creator briefs and collaborate on branded content that drives visibility, engagement, and education around Sui.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, ecosystem, partnerships) and external agencies to ensure campaigns run smoothly and messaging stays consistent.
  • Coordinate with creators to support initiatives, including AMAs, articles, and localized content efforts.
  • Monitor campaign results and partner with analytics teams to evaluate impact. Work across the team and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows and campaign effectiveness.
  • Help establish and maintain strong relationships with our key content creators.
  • Produce branded content with creators to support product launches and major marketing moments. Leverage creator partnerships to drive education and visibility for Sui.
  • Work with creators to build a vibrant community in local markets and verticals.

What you’ll bring :

  • 3-4 years working in influencer marketing either in an in-house role or at an agency.
  • You’re comfortable working across time zones and love Telegram, Twitter, and Slack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You love collaborating across teams.
  • A strong creative sense with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Data-savvy approach to influencer marketing, with experience tracking and analyzing performance across creator channels.
  • Experience marketing crypto or fintech.
  • Built or managed an influencer affiliate program.
