Job summary

Boost Engine Tech in New York/Los Angeles is seeking a growth-focused professional to own the creator and affiliate engine behind our TikTok Shop partnerships. You will build a pipeline of creators, negotiate terms, and translate activity into measurable GMV.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, LIVE, content, and paid media teams to align creator strategy with brand growth goals, review AI outputs, and make final calls.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate management, talent management, or e-commerce operations; direct TikTok Shop or TikTok creator ecosystem experience is a strong plus
• Data-driven — you can look at creator performance data and know which levers to pull
• Strong relationship management — creators trust you, respond to you, and want to keep working with you
• High ownership in a fast-moving environment — you build process where none exists and don't wait to be told what to do
• Genuine fluency in TikTok and creator culture — you know who the top creators are, what content is working right now, and why

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the creator pipeline — source, vet, and onboard creators and affiliates across TikTok Shop for our brand partners, matching creator profiles to each brand's audience and goals
• Own creator relationships — negotiate rates and commission structures, set expectations, and keep top-performing creators engaged and producing
• Drive performance — track GMV, content output, and conversion by creator; identify what's working and double down; cut or renegotiate what isn't
• Coordinate execution — work with content, LIVE, and paid media teams to turn creator partnerships into scheduled content and live sessions, and with Account Managers to keep creator strategy aligned to each brand's plan
• Report on the program — summarize creator performance, pipeline health, and GMV contribution in regular reporting to Account Managers and leadership
• Use AI as a force multiplier — use it to screen creators, monitor performance, and flag anomalies, then verify its output and make the judgment calls yourself

The Role

You’ll own the creator and affiliate engine behind our brand partners' TikTok Shop growth. You're responsible for building a pipeline of the right creators, negotiating terms that work for both sides, and turning creator activity into measurable GMV. You'll work closely with our Account Managers, LIVE, content, and paid media teams to make sure creator strategy ladders up to each brand's growth goals.

You’ll also work daily with our proprietary AI operating system, which handles creator discovery, performance scoring, and anomaly detection — you review its output, make the final call on who to sign and who to cut, and keep the whole program moving.

What You'll Do
