Creator Growth Vertical Lead, TikTok LIVE

Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators, influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that fosters real-time community engagement and meaningful connections worldwide.

Role:
As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the Creator Growth Vertical Lead will build and lead a team of strategist focused on enabling the next generation of TikTok LIVE content creators to succeed. This includes managing the full funnel of creator growth strategies—from recruiting to coaching, and developing short and long-term programs and activations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partnerships and opportunities for LIVE creators' growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Grow TikTok LIVE's creator base by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential talent into the ecosystem.
2. Manage and drive growth for high-potential TikTok LIVE creators.
3. Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and programs to enhance creator monetization, content creation, and community building.
4. Act as a liaison between creators and the TikTok LIVE Operations team to improve the LIVE experience, including product feedback and campaign development.
5. Stay informed on industry trends to provide insights and recommendations on creator growth strategies.
6. Lead and manage campaigns and events supporting the development of the LIVE creator ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree and 5+ years experience in creator management, community management, or partner management, with demonstrated success in growing creator relationships of various sizes.
• Understanding of scaled and growth-stage creator development and platform-creator relationship management.
• Experience leading teams using data-driven insights and structured OKRs.
• Negotiation skills with UGC content creators.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-profile initiatives.
• People management experience with a focus on development and goal-setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for TikTok, social media, entertainment, and pop culture.
• Creative mindset focused on teaching and growth strategies for creators.
• Experience in live streaming and understanding of current trends.
