Job summary

Studio is seeking a growth and creator success leader to accelerate the launch and thriving of apps built on Studio. You will work with experts across topics, guiding outreach, launch, and ongoing support to ensure creator success on the platform.

About the role

We're looking for someone to own the growth and success of the creators who build on Studio.You'll work with creators across a variety of topics. Their audience sizes range from thousands to tens of millions. All of them are experts in their fields.Your north star is simple: more creators launching, thriving, and building great apps on the platform. You'll work closely with creators at every step in their journey, from outreach to launch and beyond.This is a high-trust, high-leverage role. You'll be the primary point of contact for some of our biggest and most valuable creators, and you'll be given the autonomy and tools to help their apps come to life, whatever it takes.You'll also play a key role in accelerating Studio's growth by designing and building new tools and processes that help creators build better apps, faster. As the company grows and the product evolves, this role will grow and change with it.

What you'll do

• Work closely with creators to help them design and launch great apps on the Studio platform
• Build and run growth marketing programs to identify and bring exceptional creators to Studio
• Design and build tools, processes, and automations that help every creator move faster and let our team scale our impact
• Be the voice of the creator — learn what features creators need to be successful on Studio, then collaborate with our product and engineering teams to bring them to life

Requirements

• You're smart and highly adaptable — you pick up new skills and tools quickly, and you're comfortable with a role that will keep changing as we grow
• You're an outstanding communicator — you're great over email, phone, and Zoom, and we can trust you to talk one‑on‑one with our biggest creators
• You have hands‑on AI experience — you use AI tools every day and are excited to push them to their limits
• You take ownership — you see problems through to resolution and can do whatever it takes to make creators successful
• You're excited about building consumer products that genuinely help people
• You're in NYC or willing to relocate for this in‑person role

Nice to have

• You have experience in business operations, growth, strategy, or another role where you owned outcomes across a lot of surface area
• You've built AI tools or workflows yourself, not just used them
• You're comfortable with technical work – you've written code or built something hands‑on
• You've worked at an early‑stage startup or are a founder yourself
