Job summary

SuperOrdinary's SuperClip team is seeking a Community & Talent Operations Manager to own the operational engine behind our creator ecosystem. You will lead community management, creator relationship management, and talent workflows to keep the network engaged and growing.

You will coordinate onboarding, maintain records, scale processes, and partner with Talent, Partnerships, and Account teams to deliver high-touch support and opportunities for creators, clippers, editors, and brand partners.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in creator operations, talent coordination, community management, or related operational roles.
• Experience working with talent agencies, creator management firms, influencer marketing, or creator-focused org.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume creator communications and build lasting relationships.
• Strong operational mindset with experience creating scalable processes and improving workflows.
• Thrives in fast-paced startups with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the creator community across platforms (e.g., Discord).
• Build trusted relationships with creators, clippers, editors, and community leaders.
• Serve as primary contact for creator questions, onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate onboarding, communications, documentation, and workflows for creators.
• Partner with Talent, Partnerships, and Account Management to ensure a seamless creator experience.
• Develop scalable systems and processes to support a growing creator network.
• Monitor engagement metrics and KPIs to optimize community health and workflows.
