Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Creator Community Programs Project Intern for a 2026 start in New York. You will assist in developing and executing the Creator Community Program, organizing creator lists for campaigns, and tracking engagement across channels.

The role offers exposure to industry research, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with data analysis, events, and vendor processes within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong interest in the creator economy, social media, DEI, community building, or entertainment/media industries.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to identify trends and insights.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interest or prior exposure to AI tools and applications.
• Experience with Discord, community management, or content moderation.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative items to support the program, including creator and vendor payments, invoicing, and tracking grids.
• Staff offline community building events as needed.
• Conduct industry research to support program evolution and AI tooling.
• Partner with data team on regular platform data analysis to inform long-term strategy and pivots.
• Support Community Program social strategy in alignment with Creator Marketing.
• Develop cross-functional initiative ideas grounded in current business priorities.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Creator Community Programs team.

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
