Job summary

OpenDor Media seeks a Community Manager in the United States to build and sustain a thriving creator network. You will design and lead workshops, organize US/Israel gatherings, and serve as the voice of Amplified across channels.

You’ll engage creators daily and help grow their audiences while shaping the program through strong partnerships. The role emphasizes hands-on event planning, social engagement, and sourcing new creators, with a focus on Jewish and Israeli spaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of community management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive self-starter with collaborative mindset.
• Comfort working in Jewish and Israeli spaces.

Responsibilities

• Build and run workshops to educate creators to grow independently.
• Plan in-person and virtual gatherings across the US and Israel.
• Maintain daily communication with creators via email, Discord, and WhatsApp.
• Source and onboard new creators for cohorts; participate in screening calls.
• Nurture partnerships for program evolution (Fundraising, conventions, events).
• Stay updated on creator stories to inform donor reports.
