  • Full-time
Description

Amplified is searching for a Community Manager to build the creator experience behind our network. From workshops to gatherings to the relationships in between, this role will turn a roster of creators into a real community. In this position, you will lead workshops that educate and empower creators to grow independently, plan the gatherings that create our Amplified community and stay close enough to every creator to know how they are actually doing. The creators in this program are building something of their own, and this is a role that has real impact in helping them grow and engage with their audiences.

About Amplified:

Amplified, a division of OpenDor Media, is the #1 Jewish creator network, empowering creators passionate about sharing the best of Judaism and Israel. Our team supports creators with world-class production and a data-driven approach to help them grow their audiences and impact.

What you'll own

  • The workshops. Build and run workshops that teach creators to grow independently, from the topic and learning goals through the speakers and the materials.
  • The community. Keep the creator network connected to each other and to Amplified, through in-person gatherings planned across the United States and Israel and daily communication via email, Discord, and WhatsApp.
  • Social engagement. Be the voice of Amplified across DMs, comments, and inquiries on all platforms/channels.
  • New creators. Support sourcing efforts for candidates for each cohort, weigh in on screening calls, and onboard the ones we accept.
  • Key relationships. Nurture the partnerships that keep the program evolving, from Fundraising to conventions, community events and everything in between.
  • Creator stories. Stay abreast of what all creators are achieving to create testimonials and impact stories for donor reports.
What You Have:

You’ll do well here if

  • You have 3+ years of community management.
  • You know social media as a practitioner, not an observer.
  • You write and communicate in a professional manner.
  • You are a self-starter and a collaborator.
  • You are comfortable in Jewish and Israeli spaces and know the communal landscape.
  • You work in Google Workspace, Instagram, and AI tools such as Claude, and you use AI to move faster.

Bonus points for

  • Event planning for large-scale activations or conferences.
  • Social or digital media strategy experience.
  • Program management experience.
  • Understand basic Hebrew.
