ROXON, a fast-growing outdoor and EDC brand, is seeking a Creator & Affiliate Marketing Intern in Irvine, CA to help build influencer partnerships and expand our U.S. community marketing efforts.

You’ll research creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, manage outreach, support affiliate recruitment and track campaign results, while helping collect engaging content and monitor performance. This paid internship offers flexible hours, potential pathway to a full-time role, and hands-on exposure

Responsabilités

• Creator Outreach & Relationship Building: Research and identify creators; build databases; reach out and manage communication; coordinate seeding.
• Affiliate Marketing Support: Recruit onboarding; track performance; manage links and codes; expand partner network.
• Content & Community Support: Collect UGC; identify high-performing videos; support social media and community engagement.
• Data & Reporting: Track outreach, engagement, and campaigns; maintain weekly dashboards; analyze metrics for improvement.
• Trade Shows & Events (Optional): Assist with trade show prep and creator coordination; post-event follow-up.

ROXON is a fast-growing outdoor and EDC (Everyday Carry) brand specializing in innovative modular multitools. Our products are sold through Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail partners worldwide.

We are building a creator-driven growth engine and are looking for a highly motivated Creator & Affiliate Marketing Intern to help us expand our influencer, affiliate, and community marketing efforts in the U.S. market.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in influencer marketing, e-commerce, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, and brand growth.

What You’ll Do

Creator Outreach & Relationship Building

• Research and identify creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Build and maintain creator databases
• Reach out to creators and influencers via email, social media, and affiliate platforms
• Manage communication and follow-ups with creators
• Coordinate product seeding and sample shipments

Affiliate Marketing Support

• Support affiliate recruitment and onboarding
• Track affiliate performance and campaign results
• Help manage affiliate links, discount codes, and reporting
• Assist in expanding ROXON’s affiliate partner network

Content & Community Support

• Collect and organize creator-generated content
• Help identify high-performing UGC and creator videos
• Support social media and community engagement initiatives
• Monitor creator content performance and audience feedback

Data & Reporting

• Track outreach, creator engagement, and campaign performance
• Maintain weekly reporting dashboards
• Analyze creator performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Trade Shows & Events (Optional)

• Assist with trade show preparation and creator coordination
• Support event content collection and post-event follow-up

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Strong internet research skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred:

• Experience with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or social media
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and online communities
• Interest in EDC, outdoor gear, tools, camping, DIY, or related hobbies
• Experience with Shopify, affiliate platforms, or CRM tools is a plus
