Qualifications

• Cross-functional ease, from Decision Making engineers to Cinema 4D marketers.
• Experience translating Responsive Design complexity for a non-technical audience.
• Comfort with contract arrangements and the rhythms of a performance-driven workplace.
• A collaborator who makes the mid-level review feel less like an exam.
• Willingness to commute to Alexandria, VA or work flexibly as needed.
• Enough Decision Making to be dangerous, enough Leadership to be trusted.

Responsibilities

• Borrow structure from film editing to fix a Design Sprints sequence that drags.
• Co-author the creative content calendar with marketing, then make it look effortless.
• Hand engineering specs tight enough that the build matches the mock.
• Interrogate a brief until the real ask underneath it surfaces.
• Wireframe the unglamorous Design Sprints screens with the same care as the hero shot.
• Partner with copywriters to align visuals with messaging and tone.
• Shape the visual language of Advisory Solutions LLC's social, email, and ad creative.
• Craft layouts, typography, and imagery that elevate the Advisory Solutions LLC experience.
