Job summary

Manufacturing Advantage, Montgomery-based team, is seeking a Creative Writer to balance fast turnarounds with original ideas. The role offers ownership of seasonal launches from moodboard to handoff and leadership of freelancers and vendors to preserve the creative vision.

You will translate briefs into polished Persona Development deliverables, pitch concepts to cross-functional teams, and storyboard motion pieces that capture attention beyond the three-second scroll.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years steering creative projects end to end.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Comfort working independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience with fast turnarounds and original ideation.
• Strong self-motivation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the look of seasonal launches from moodboard through final handoff
• Turn rough briefs into polished Persona Development deliverables the creative team can ship
• Direct freelancers and Networking vendors without losing the thread of the vision
• Pitch fresh concepts in cross-functional reviews and stakeholder presentations
• Storyboard motion pieces that hold attention past the three-second scroll mark
