With 4+ years of owning outcomes and proficiency in Cinema 4D, you’ll collaborate with marketing, ensure timely delivery, and continuously prototype ideas while documenting the rationale for future teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Cinema 4D and willingness to learn Decision Making fast.
• Experience creating campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.

Responsibilities

• Generate concepts for part-time campaigns spanning paid, owned, and earned media.
• Carry layouts from napkin scribble to press-ready file without losing the spark.
• Co-author the creative content calendar with marketing, then make it look effortless.
• Shape brand voice across every touchpoint our Hobbs customers actually notice
• Pressure-test headlines against real audience reactions before anything goes live
• Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files to engineering and print teams
• Prototype interface ideas fast enough to kill the weak ones cheaply
• Leave a documented trail so the next creative inherits judgment, not just files
