Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation according to global guidelines.
• Lead store activation plans and align workload with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch campaigns and ensure timely execution of promotions and price presentation.
• Maintain garment care, stock levels, and assist with allocation input.
• Analyze sales KPIs and identify opportunities to improve visual and commercial impact.
• Provide ongoing training to colleagues on visual standards and store routines.
