Hyperbound is hiring its first dedicated Creative Video Producer and Motion Designer to bring its products, customers, and stories to life through video. You will own the creative process from concept to final cut, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to produce videos that simplify complex technology and captivate audiences.

Flexible for part-time or full-time arrangements. This role is hands-on, building our video production capability from the ground up, with

Competenze

• Storytelling instinct to turn complex ideas into compelling videos.
• End-to-end production skills from concept to final cut including scripting, filming, editing, sound, color, and motion graphics.
• Technical craft with cameras, lighting, audio, and on-location shoots.
• Motion design skills to animate UI, titles, lower thirds, and graphics; proficiency in After Effects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliver polished work, and collaborate across teams.

Mansioni

• On set filming customer interviews and directing conversations with founders.
• Create short and long-form content for LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Meta ads.
• Turn raw footage into polished videos for product launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to translate briefs into creative concepts and production plans.
• Deliver final edits and cuts for social, web, and sales with feedback incorporated.
