Job summary

Content Creators is seeking its first in-house Motion Designer & Video Editor to bring Pogo's products and brand to life through video. You will own the end-to-end production process, from concept through animation, editing, sound, captions, and final delivery, across B2B and B2C channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate briefs into compelling creative, build reusable templates, and explore AI-assisted workflows to accelerate output while preserving

Qualifications

• Strong motion design portfolio with original animation and footage-led content.
• Experience creating video content for B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in typography, composition, timing, transitions, and sound.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production from concept to final delivery.
• Create demos, launch videos, explainers, and consumer ads from assets.
• Edit interviews, testimonials, and founder content for multiple channels.
• Adapt content for different audiences and formats across platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design to maintain visual identity.
