Role Overview

You will join our early team to develop initial processes, infrastructure, and operational excellence for our video storytelling function. This involves testing various formats to determine what resonates best with our audience, exploring different topics and styles of video storytelling. Responsibilities

1. Develop documentary-style customer stories that showcase transformation journeys authentically.
2. Craft scripts and visual directions for narrative-driven content featuring our community.
3. Lead production of webinars, interviews, and educational content from concept through delivery.
4. Create motion graphics and animations to enhance videos and explain complex concepts.
5. Establish and maintain visual guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all video assets.
6. Collaborate across teams to identify storytelling opportunities highlighting product features.
7. Build a scalable video content strategy supporting marketing campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in video production with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling skills.
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.
3. Experience directing and producing interview-based and documentary-style narratives.
4. Motion graphics and animation skills are a plus, or at least the ability to brief such work.
5. Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging visual stories.
6. Strong collaboration skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
7. Understanding of B2B/SaaS marketing (preferred but not required).
8. Located within the East Coast time zone (US or Canada) to coordinate with distributed teams.
9. Experience with cinematic/documentary filmmaking approaches.
10. Background in producing content for technology or developer audiences.
11. Understanding of content management systems or modern web development.
12. Strong sense of brand storytelling and visual identity development.
