Job summary

Dialogica is seeking a creative Video Editor to join our brand team in Santa Monica. You will produce engaging video content across podcasts, commercials, and social media, shaping our visual storytelling and brand voice.

You will collaborate with creative and marketing teams, enhance content with graphics and sound, and ensure outputs meet brand guidelines. The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency with Adobe CC, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a video editor with an impressive portfolio (podcasts, commercials, social content).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Experience with other design/animation tools (Figma, Cavalry, Jitter).
• Experience creating 2D digital assets/iconography and 3D animation.
• Experience editing for both long- and short-form content.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a talented, fun, and innovative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort thriving under tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into finished products for podcasts, commercials, social media, and more.
• Collaborate with brand and executive team to deliver compelling video projects.
• Enhance video content with graphics, animations, music, and sound effects.
• Ensure outputs align with brand guidelines, quality standards, and platform requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Contribute to the strategic vision and own final product quality.
