Job summary

Homa is seeking a Creative Developer to sit at the intersection of game development, creative production, and performance marketing. Use Unity and C# to rapidly modify existing games, prototype new gameplay ideas, and build tools for the Creative team to produce and test high-performing ads.

You will modify gameplay in Unity, build internal tools for video and playable ads, and produce rapid iterations to test hooks, mechanics, visuals, and player experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Unity and C# expertise with debugging and optimization.
• Creative and technical mindset to turn ideas into prototypes and ads.
• Experience with mobile gaming, playable ads, and performance creatives.
• Rapid prototyping and iteration in high-volume creative environment.
• Autonomous and collaborative, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: AI-assisted workflows, Blender, Photoshop, shaders, or Unity tool creation.

Responsibilities

• Modify and prototype gameplay in Unity with new mechanics, visuals, features, UI.
• Build tools for Creative teams and internal video/playable-ad production.
• Produce rapid iterations of game variations to test hooks and experiences.
• Own technical quality: debug, fix issues, optimize performance.
• Iterate from performance data to improve concepts.
• Contribute to ideation with new gameplay and technical ideas.
• Explore new technologies and AI to increase production speed.
