Associate Staffing LLC is seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Lead to join a dynamic, award-winning team in a hybrid Denver-area role. You will manage the intersection of client objectives and creative execution, serving as the primary liaison on select projects with a strong focus on capacity planning and resource allocation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in project and/or account management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing organization.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with project management software; experience with HIVE is a significant asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with both digital and print marketing initiatives is preferred.
• High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to translate data into actionable plans.

• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal creative teams, maintaining clear, proactive communication.
• Manage intake, vetting, and prioritization of creative briefs for strategic alignment.
• Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, including scheduling, progress tracking, and timelines.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations with clear recaps and next steps.
• Use PM platforms (e.g., Hive) to manage timelines, tasks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, copywriting, and development.
• Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and project forecasting for efficiency.
• Maintain detailed project docs, guidelines, status reports, and decision logs.
• Onboard and manage freelance/contract resources to meet project demands.
• Refine internal processes to support growth and adaptability.
• Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and system management.
