Location Detail: Natchaug Hospital Mansfield Ct (10155)

Shift Detail: Position includes a blend of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts (8:00AM - 4:30PM and 12:00PM - 8:30PM shifts)

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Creative Rehabilitation Services, gathers client data as it relates to creative therapy planning and assessment services. Plans, organizes and implements rehabilitation groups for all inpatients and/or partial hospitalization programs. Participates in multi-disciplinary team and completes required documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing creative rehabilitation services to clients with behavioral health or chemical dependency issues preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a creative rehabilitation therapy discipline required, Master's degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Computer proficiency and keyboard skills required.
