Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in textile print or apparel design.
• Strong portfolio with print development and color work.
• Proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop; Procreate a plus.
• Knowledge of Pantone, repeats, and production artwork.

Responsibilities

• Create original textile prints, repeats, placements, embroidery artwork.
• Develop concepts using hand-drawn and digital methods.
• Set artwork direction and production-ready specs.
• Develop seasonal color palettes and color stories.
• Collaborate with product teams to align with silhouettes and fabrics.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to production.
