The Opportunity

Adobe is a market leader in creative & marketing software. We are looking for a Creative Technologist to join our expanding team in the Media and Entertainment business group. Reporting to the Director of Growth, a successful candidate will have an extensive background in Media and Entertainment workflows, with 5-10 years of hands-on production experience. The role requires strong practical knowledge of Adobe's core Creative Cloud products, working knowledge of Adobe's Marketing Cloud stack, and awareness of third-party production tools. The candidate should be customer-oriented, interested in new technologies (e.g., generative AI, creative workflows), and able to translate customer ideas into beautiful creative assets on short notice. The focus is on delivering credible, impact-focused, creative solutions while maintaining a commercial mindset that centers around real business and customer solutions, not experiments.

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer use cases that unlock business value.
• Work with internal and customer stakeholders to craft a point of view that aligns Adobe's solutions to the customer's business and creative needs.
• Build working prototypes and walkthroughs.
• Define and scope a technology architecture based on the customer's needs.
• Script and record compelling technical demo videos that bring the product to life.
• Influence product roadmaps, validate requirements with customers, partners and internal stakeholders; gather technical product feedback from sales, customer success and professional services teams.
• Serve as a technical expert on emerging technologies in Adobe Firefly solutions, Creative Cloud, and corresponding Digital Experience APIs and technologies.
• Ideate and code (or vibe code) creative enterprise products and workflow prototypes using knowledge of creative production, Adobe APIs, external APIs, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and research teams to build prototypes using existing and new technologies.
• Explore emerging technologies and synthesize technical trends and their impact on Adobe.
• Present product demos to senior leadership and customers, and represent Adobe at customer briefings/events.
• Support and manage multiple pre-sales engagements in support of the M&E division and the broader Sales organization.

What you will need to succeed

• Deep, hands-on experience with Media and Entertainment workflows (e.g., editor, compositor, VFX lead, motion graphics designer, creator) with 5-10 years of practitioner experience with Creative Cloud (or similar) applications in static, vector, 3D, and/or video content creation.
• Deep technical and customer knowledge across creative, document, digital experience, generative AI, and workflow/low-code spaces.
• Technical developer skills (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js, API tools, HTML/CSS, React, Python) and low-code connectors are a plus.
• Analytical and strategic problem solving; ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Ability to think future-focused and engage across functions and engineering teams.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, developer/architect, or creative environments is a plus.
• Experience across creative, document and marketing workflows (image editing, video, audio, 3D, analytics, work management, PDF).
• Strong learning mindset and curiosity with a growth orientation.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver on time; excellent communication with executives and customers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
