Job summary

Adobe's Firefly Creative Production team is seeking a senior creative direction lead who can translate rough briefs into clear use cases for motion, VFX and 3D. You will judge feasibility and set the right expectations with customer teams before production, without doing the hands-on execution.

You'll work with Forward Deployed Engineering to spec out ambitious requests, surface gaps to product and engineering, and track evolving tools like Firefly, Runway and Veo to guide strategic direction.

Qualifications

5+ years in motion, VFX, or 3D production setting direction.
Ability to judge craft and feasibility of workflows without hands-on execution.
Experience communicating with customer creative/marketing and engineering.
Comfortable pushing back on scope and timeline with customers.

Responsibilities

Turn rough briefs into clear creative direction and defined use cases.
